Teachers and educators are generally satisfied with Learning Training Teaching activities, though there is room for improvement. Teaching methods have changed. An educational change has happened to the teachers of all the partner schools.
The survey findings highlight the project teaching engagement was delivered well. Project satisfaction is at a high level, and provide feedback on the areas where European teaching identity improved. The findings show that educators are now acting as European Teachers (this was not happening in the begging of the project), but more as nation Teachers, so schools on this point have to plan and in future projects like this one.
Teachers at the end of the project are not following traditional teaching methods, like more the collaborative workshops, so this project was a good chance for a change in their pedagogical methods and a chance for their professional development. Teachers want to make new projects in the etwinning programme either a new Erasmus+ project.
